Continental C90-14F engine core for sale
Engine has only 251 hours since last full overhaul
Log books present.
Engine had a slow ground speed, non-rotating engine off prop-strike with a wood composite prop fitted. An engine runout check was ok, engine stripped, NDT carried out and rebuilt, reinstalled and ran fine. However due to a process irregularity the NDT and shock-load inspection check needs to be repeated by another qualified engineer to comply with LAA requirements.
Initially the engine core only is for sale i.e. crankcase crankshaft, camshaft, con-rods, timing gears, oil pump, rear accessory housing, sump, mechanical fuel pump, but not including the cylinders or other accessories.
The reason for sale is that I have located and fitted another engine.

The starter, generator, spin on oil filter assembly, carburettor, air-intake/carb heat box, spider and four very good cylinders, may all be available after an agreed sale of the core above, or as part of the above sale.
