Due to lack of time and other projects, I am reluctantly selling my Cozy III project. 70% complete. Most airframe parts complete. Fuselage on its wheels. All parts available for completion.

The Cozy III is a high-performance, plans-built, composite canard aircraft designed for builders seeking both efficiency and style. Crafted from proven fiberglass sandwich construction, its sleek lines promise excellent aerodynamics and fuel economy. The aircraft typically seats three and is renowned for its comfortable cabin and long-range capabilities. Designed to accept a variety of Lycoming engines, the Cozy III offers cruise speeds of around 170 mph, a range of over 1,000 miles, and an impressive useful load. The following build stages have been completed to a high standard and signed off:
• Fuselage, including Firewall
• Cannard Wing
• Rear Wings
• Rudders
• Main Landing Gear
• Manually Retractable Nose Wheel
• Starks (One is completed and the other partially completed)

New conical mount for a Lycoming engine, available for sale separately at £1,200 (it cost more than that to order and ship from USA), unless you wish to go for a engine with Dynafocal mount.

Included in the sale two kit options for the canopy; the preferred forward opening kit, as well as the classic (side opening) kit.

Also included, all build manuals, signed LAA build stage logs and various documentation.

The package include other items that are not shown in the photos, including grass nose wheel, Spats, instruments, etc.

Can be easily transported on a suitable flat-bed trailer.

Can be viewed at a hangar near Knutsford, Cheshire.
