With Narco's NAV-121, you can add an entire VOR/LOC system in one box. It uses just one instrument hole, but it does the job of two normal units.

The Narco NAV-121 contains:

200 channel VOR/LOC NAV Receiver
VOR/LOC Indicator
The NAV-121 also provides automatic DME channeling, and is TSO'd.

This was removed from a aircraft in long term storage. Working when removed.
