For Sale Thorp T18.
Originaly built in 1967 and imported from the States in 1991.
Airframe and engine have 375 hours total time from new.
Following a landing accident the aircraft has now been rebuilt with the following work being carried out.
Lycoming 0-290-G4 engine stripped checked and work carried out as required.
Magnetos reconditioned.
Carburettor reconditioned.
New propellor and spinner.
New lower cowling
Fuselage repaired as required, complete bare metal respray with 2 pack paint. New canopy, new leather seats, new panel.
Wings repaired as required, bare metal respray.
XCOM radio
ATC Transponder mode S
Sky Demon sat nav.
The aircraft has 65 hours since all the above work was completed and the permit expires 24-02-16.

The aircraft cruise speed is 105Kts and Stalls at 55Kts.
This is not a beginers tailwheel aircraft so please no low hour pilots.
The reason for selling is the aircraft is a bit small for me at 6 foot 1 inch and 14 stone. it will carry the weight easily but the cockpit is a bit narrow.
Latest update the aircraft now has an Avmap Ultra EFIS unit.
