I have designed and built an adaptation of an automotive turbodiesel to produce 200-230HP, with the focus on reliability and economy of operation, incorporating novel but simple solutions to deal with traditional problems.

The engine is running well on the test stand. The next step is to install in an aircraft and test fly. We can do this via E-conditions, or via the LAA, which is already very supportive. That too can be your choice.

All design studies, CAD drawings and machining information for all parts are on file and the prototype can be seen running at full power. Suitable test bed aircraft are available, but this is where you come in... There are grant opportunities available.
