D31 Druine Turbulent built and owned by a Handley Page Engineer since 1959. He has sadly passed away and only the original registration document is all the paperwork we have. As yet we do not have log books etc they are yet to be found.

The aircraft is fitted with a 1200cc Poleman Hepu engine with chrome plated cylinder barrels from a Porch 356 racing engine and has been clocked in excess of 135mph in level flight, it has had several interesting modifications over the years.

We have assembled it as a gate guardian after many years in dry storage.

Delivery is no problem and any genuine perspective buyer is welcome to inspect as to its future life.

This aircraft since assembled has attracted an unexpected flurry of interest, but our main aim - as a probate sale is to dispose of this attractive piece of aviation history to a new loving home, were it can be cherished admired and hopefully flown again. £6,250 ono.
