We built this aircraft in 2006 and has no damage history ever.
Only flown by myself. Total Engine & Airframe 378 Hrs
All AD's done including Flywheel Mod.
Has Vortex Generators fitted to wings so very stable in stall's etc.
Engine has solid lifter Also auto oil temp fitted with aviation oil cooler.
Come's with Electric flaps, Icom IC-A 220. 8.33kh radio. 4 place intercom.
Bendix/King Transponder with Sky-echo ADS-B in/out maps/traffic shown on Ipad.
Also Skymap 3 included. Electric & Manual Carb Heater's. Cabin Heater. Cold Air.
Instrument's as shown in photos. Engine always run on Avgas.
Come's with Spats but never fitted from new.
Always kept in own single private hangar as in photos. Based at EGNL. Walney Island.
Reason for sale, wife has dementia and no free time.
