I'm putting my hangar at croft racing circuit up for sale . The airfield has 559 metres of new tarmac and 800 metres of smooth grass for runways ,both east/west. Just outside of controlled airspace ( Teesside) .hangar costs or £40 pcm and there are restrictions due to Croft racing days. The hangar is large ,dry and very secure . The runways are in fantastic condition and there is 7 days a week access with your own keys. The condor has a brand new Laa permit . 833 radio efis and a 0200 engine.a joy to fly. It's got flaps good brakes ( new) a newly refurbished lodge prop and was totally restored recovered 10 years ago.
