The engine was overhauled 2.5 years ago, now around 450 hours, and SZ enjoys full VFR and IFR avionics, PLB and Life jackets, fitted Pilotaware, etc, and is well suited for newly qualified PPL, IMC flights, hours building or cross-channel jaunts. Our insurance allows post-PPL training for share owners, as approved by the CAA and WLAC. Membership of WLAC is required.
The well-run group has been established for several decades, includes a range of pilots from students to retired gentlemen, and encourages shared flights among members, thereby doubling your flying budget. We are also blessed with 2 instructors in the group, and the opportunity for informal mentoring by experienced members...
Aircraft availability is excellent and uses an online booking system. Monthly dues and wet hourly tacho rates are £90 respectively.
