New Group Forming - Teesside or Leeds East

I am looking to form a new group based at either Teesside International Airport or Leeds East Airport. The group would notionally consist of 8 members based around a four seater instrument equipped SEP nominally a Piper Archer or Cessna, however, the aircraft manufacturer and type would be agreed by the group members upon forming the group. I am expecting that the capital required would be circa 10K to 15K per share dependent upon the aircraft selected. I am expecting that the group would start looking for a suitable aircraft once we have a minimum of four members in place. Three members are already in place so there are currently 5 open shares.
