Due to health problems I would like to contact anyone interested in restoring an IS-28M2 to flying condition. It is on the UK register, but due to covid and other problems the machine is in Europe. Flight controls surfaces have beem restored, a new windscreen produced. New engine and prop are available. Landing gear also fully restored.
