Hi,

I run a small non profit (ltd) organisation that runs pleasure flights for our non-flying members around Sussex and Warwickshire, and need an aircraft to base at Shoreham airport for the Sussex flights, around 100 hours over the year but possibly 120+.

These are short flights in a circle taking off and landing back at base, in fine weather only and almost exclusively at weekends. Most of our members take more than one flight per season, and often accompany different family members each year.

We're very open to aircraft options but must be 4 seats, ideally high wing but capable of carrying 3 adults most important, 4 adults would be useful (even with restricted fuel for short 30min experience flights). This would be on a dry lease, but might consider a lease to buy option too.

Our local pilot in Shoreham has over 280 hours between a PA28-180 and Cessna 172-b. Being a non-profit we can only afford to park on grass rather than hangerage, but the aircraft will be looked after like it's our own.
