Looking for an avionics engineer to fit new 8.33 radio

I need the help of an avionics engineer (or somebody capable) to change the old King radio in my RV-4 and fit a new FUNKE 8.33 radio and new intercom. I have the wiring loom already made up direct from Mendelssohn. The aircraft is based at Shobdon.
