Rotax 912UL 80hp 2003.
I removed this from my Eurostar in 2019 after having it rebuilt in 2015 to solve a rough running problem that turned out to be a faulty exhaust valve.
It had new bearings, piston rings, etc done at the same time.
It also had a new prop shaft and drive dog fitted shortly before.
The reason for removal was that I could never get the new piston rings to bed in and I had an oil burn of about 60ml per hour which whilst not much, irritated me to the point where I bought another engine.
It has been sat wrapped and boxed since I removed it. It looks like new having had new nuts, bolts and washers fitted when it was rebuilt.
I have the log book and worksheets available. I've attached photos and there's a link to a video of it. Just to be clear it was running when it was removed.
