G-CHTR is a 15m Astir that has been based at The Park (Bath Wilts and North Dorset Gliding Club, UK) for around 30 years.
Ideal for novice pilots and those who just like flying Astirs, HTR comes fitted with all the usual instruments including audio vario (Gizmo), Flarm and 8.33KHz radio, and a current annual (to June 2025). It also comes with tow out gear, dolly, trestles and a canopy cover, and a serviceable parachute that is repacked on-condition.
Ready to fly, HTR has approximately 3,400 launches and 2,400 hours. It has a retractable undercarriage and tail skid.
The fibreglass trailer was serviced last year with new tyres, brakes and jockey wheel.
