G-BEGG, a Scheibe SF25E Super-Falke touring motor glider based at Hinton in the Hedges, has excellent availability and represents very cost effective flying. The SF25E is the long wingspan (18 m) version with a 28:1 glide ratio, about the same as a K13. As well as touring, it is fun to soar with the engine off and the prop feathered.
