This nose leg is in as new condition, it was fitted to an LAA permit Sportcruiser when I bought it in 2017. Soon after I bought the aircraft the LAA announced that a Sportcruisers had to have a Dover spindle nose leg. I understand that Pipersport Cruisers (CofA) can use this nose leg.
