Group share forming Swansea for complex aircraft £25k x4 shares

Looking to form a group of 4 people to purchase a piper arrow or Rockwell commander complex aircraft hopefully to be based at Swansea .
This is a new group and once formed we can all look for an aircraft and work out the costs and group organisation.
To buy into the group it would be £25k x4 plus £2k each for an aircraft fund and then discuss monthly and hourly costs .
