Offering the services of a UK CAA / USA FAA IA Licensed engineer, Due to recent changes of regulations under EU Reg No 1321/2014 a suitably qualified Licensed engineer under ML.A901(b)4 like myself can oversee aircraft Maintenance including Annual Insp and issue ARC reviews of Aircraft under 2000KG, I'm one of the very few certified B3 engineers who can issue such outside of a Part 145 organisation. I also hold an American FAA A+P with Inspection Authorisation which allows me undertake maintenance modifications and annuals on US Registered aircraft with no limitations.
Operating outside of a Part 145 operation allows me to not only keep costs down but to alleviate the requirement of a fixed base thus allowing me to become mobile, which will be of great benefit to owners who prefer hands on with there own Aircraft's maintenance tasks.
