This pre-owned 912ULS2 engine has been stripped, repaired and test run.
Standard 912ULS engine with large starter & slipper clutch gearbox.
The engine has run for 14hrs but was overheated causing damage to heads, 2 cylinders & 2 pistons. The engine has had 4x replacement heads (1158hrs), 2 barrels & pistons (662 Hrs & 35hrs) from donor engines.
Engine comes with new oil tank, and new rectifier regulator.
A detailed repair report will be supplied and copies of original logbook are included in the report. Replacement parts provenience available. Since rebuild the engine has undergone 2 hrs test run.
All service bulletins have been checked and the records are fully up to date.
Engine comes with 50Hr/6months (whichever soonest), no consequential loss, back to base warranty. Warranty condition is the engine must be installed IAW the latest Rotax installation instructions, operated IAW with the operators manual, and serviced IAW the maintenance manual. A full installation check list must be filled in and returned to us for our records.
