Engine now sold. UPDATE: I have just done a compression test on this engine at the request of a buyer and it was 130PSI on both cylinders ! this is a very good score for these engines. This engine was bought as a spare for my flexwing, but never used. I originally bought this engine from a guy who got it from a family whose father/husband was rebuilding/restoring a "Challenger" fixwing aircraft, unfortunately the guy became ill before finishing the aircraft. There is a photo that I received when I got the engine of some paperwork and the logbook. I was told the engine ran fine before it was removed from the aircraft, and I don't doubt it would still run ok now. The re-drive was removed and sold when I got the engine. The engine has been stored well and periodically spun over with a spray of wd40 in the plug holes and has good compression. These engines are getting harder to find now in a serviceable condition ! The twin carbs have been removed and will be sold separately. I will try and answer any questions you have or send any photo's you require. Thanks Neil.
