A 1/12th equity share in a great example PA28 161 Warrior II based at Lee-On-Solent (EGHF) is available now.

It is IFR capable with VOR, DME, Garmin G5 (AI) and GNC255A 8.33 Nav/Com has updated the fit. A Garmin GNC250XL GPS and GTX330 Mode S transponder augments the panel. A group purchased PilotAware and iPad running SkyDemon are in the aircraft with an EPIRB. Interior is in good order with tan leather upholstery.

The engine was replaced at the last annual with a zero hours Nicholson McLaren unit and runs so smoothly now.

Other equipment includes 4 David Clarke headsets, 4 life vests for trips over water, and a cover + tie downs when landing away.

The aircraft is hangered with excellent runway access at this seaside location that is perfect for foreign trips and with out of hours availability. The airfield is hard surface with FISO and runway lighting being installed and GPS approaches being discussed. There are also training and maintenance facilities on site although the group benefits from an instructor within the group for revalidations etc.

We are a very well-run group, with genuinely excellent availability via the Goboko online booking system with bi-monthly meetings. The last few 50hr/annual services the aircraft has gone in with 5-10 hrs still remaining.

I can't stress enough just what a fantastic bunch of guys are currently in this group as well as the benefits of being located at Lee. The experience of the group members is vast (airline pilots/atcos/naval commanders/aircraft mechanics to list a few) and this group would suit both first-timers and old hands alike.
