Description:

We are looking to sell a 1/10 equity share in a 1968 Cessna F172H G-AWVA, based at Barton EGCB.

G-AWVA has a fuel capacity 36USG (30IMP), with a range of around 600nm the aircraft is great for touring, as well as popping to a local airfield for lunch. VA is equipped with speed fairings on the wheels that bring the cruise speed to around 110MPH indicated.

In recent years the aircraft has had some significant upgrades.
• Resprayed in 2020 - beautifully finished in blue and white.
• Engine overhauled - zero engine hours in 2022. The Rolls Royce Continental 300-D engine has currently logged around 200 hours (engine hours will increase as the aircraft is in regular usage).
• Avionics upgrade in 2023 with the GTN650xi touch screen and 2 x G275i with glideslope (Navigation data updated monthly ensuring accurate navigation)
• G-AWVA has just gone through an extensive interior upgrade by the team at Coopers Cabin Crafts, updating the seats, carpets, door panelling and ceiling bringing the interior into the 21st century, to match the avionics upgrade.

The group operates a Google Calendar for online bookings, other systems are being tested.

The aircraft is hangered in the winter (01NOV-01MAR) months and usually spends the summer outside, it is tied down and is covered.

The share is £10000. All sensible offers will be considered.

The group is well established and is focused on looking to the future with possible autopilot and extra avionics in the future, the group also owns lifejackets to allow for water crossings.
Members often fly together to share costs and experiences.
