Im looking to sell my share in GCFKB which is a Sportscruiser based at Fairoaks Airport EGTF in Surrey.

This is a great little aircraft with is on a LAA Permit, the hours in the aircraft can count towards hours on a full PPL.

The rates for the aircraft are really great for cost effective flying at £70.00 per month, and then £55.00 per hour wet.

The Sportscruiser is a 600kg aircraft but its fitted with a Rotax 912ULS at 100hp so its an incredible little aircraft and will cruise happily at 110kts all day long.

There are 5 of us in the group and availability is amazing with the aircraft being available probably 5 days every week if you wanted to fly that much. Booking is via an online website link.

The current permit is valid until February 2025 when the annual check is due, which wont be any issues. The hour on the aircraft and engine are around the 1250 mark at the present time.

We benefit from having a variable pitch propeller, the main undercarriage has been replaced with the newest and most up to date version in 2025, and the nose leg has been replaced approx 3 years ago with the newest version.

Maintenance is carried out in house by 2 of the owners who do everything to a great standard. The engine is serviced every 50 hours.

There is a growing engine fund which is on track to replace the engine when it is necessary.
