Electric portable tug for light aircraft.
My late father purchased this brand new 11 years ago and it worked fine. It then lay unused for many years but when tested recently, it didn't work. The battery doesn't charge and is clearly beyond redemption. Aero-Pac quoted me just over a year ago 190 Euros for a replacement battery. However, I've no idea if it's just the battery at fault or whether there's something else faulty too. This tug would possibly suit someone with a keen knowledge of electronics to make it serviceable again.
The tug's suitable for all aircraft without wheel pants. You can easily change between different aircraft types by changing the adaptor. The one currently fitted to this is for a Mooney (adaptor 14). To see the range of adaptors available by Aero-Pac and product information see their website:
