Hi.
I have a Flexwing Microlight that I have owned for several years.
It wasn't until after a couple of weeks of purchase that I realised that the Altemeter settings were incorrect, once I set the QFE and took off, I noted that when I landed, the Altermeter showed incorrect, so for example, if I set the QNH at say 1022, on a QFE of 0 MSL, it would show that I was -60ft sometimes -40ft so between 2 an 3Hpa, so to achieve the correct QFE I have to add 2 or 3 to the QNH so 1022 becomes 1024, this then gives me the correct field elevation.

I thought it may have been a "Backup/memory" battery in the unit because the aircraft had been standing for about a year, I removed the old memory batteries and replaced, this did not cure the issue.

I have a local guy look at it, he was knowledgable with avionics, he tried to change the parameters within the menue but the result was the same, maybe just missing something in the menue.

So I'm looking for someone local to Spalding or within easy flying distance, who is knowledgable and able to repair / reset etc.
