This advisory warns against using PayPal's Friends and Family (F&F) option for online purchases from unknown sellers. F&F offers no buyer protection, making it a favorite of scammers. They often create urgency or offer discounts to push buyers towards F&F. Always use PayPal's Goods and Services for protection, and if a seller refuses, it's a red flag.
