Deputy CFI position available

Description

Due to continued expansion North Weald Flight Training has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Chief Flying Instructor to join a busy flight school operating from our home base of EGSX located just of the M11, Essex.

As Deputy Chief Flying Instructor you will have day to day responsibility managing a team of flight instructors, managing student progress and managing the office operations staff, along with dealing with student enquiries and visits.

Reporting to the Chief Flying Instructor you will be given the opportunity to implement your own ideas and practices.

Position open to all experienced un-restricted flight instructors looking to progress their career.
