Description
My next build is ready to go to the airfield so the Scout taildragger has to be sold to make room for it. The Scout is 12 months old and an easy to fly machine with a good short field performance. It features an Icom A220T radio and a Garmin GTX327 push button transponder. As it was built under the LAA the MAUW is 499kg, with an empty weight of 281g this gives a useful payload of 218Kg. Covered in Polyfibre. Wings can be folded in about five minutes. Short landing and take off. Three stage flaps. It has done 50 hours and is only two years old. Comfortable side by side seating. More details can be found on the TLAC website. The panel has fittings to mount an Ipad 4 but this is not included. Powered by a Rotax 912 100hp driving a three blade Kiev ground adjustable propeller.
