Summary
Beautiful Robin DR315 Petit Prince for sale as project
Description
For sale is our beautiful, low engine hours Robin DR315 Petit Prince G-AXDK, s/n 378. ‘DK was the UK’s first DR315 and over the years has had many adventures both in the UK and Europe. For the past 18 months she was based in Switzerland but last flew in August 2025, when I flew her back to the UK for her annual inspection which for a variety of reasons never happened. She was professionally dismantled by licenced engineers and is currently stored at Little Gransden airfield, where she can be viewed by appointment. Key info:
Airframe hours: 5314
Engine hours: 589
Engine: Lycoming O-235-C2A
Propeller: McCauley 1A105/BCM7060
MTOW: 865kg
Empty weight: 535kg
Seats: 4 (2+2)
Fuel capacity 110 litres
Avionics:
Trig TY91 8.33khz radio
Trig TT31 mode S Transponder
The aeroplane is complete with all parts present; the reason for selling is that I am relocating to Norway later this year and can’t realistically take her with me. I’m open to sensible offers but the engine, prop and avionics alone are worth not far off what I’m asking so please be realistic.
Based on what we’ve seen during dismantling, the port aileron cable will need replacing, there is a slow “drip” leak from the tank fuel drain which could either be the drain itself or a weep from the weld (tank has been removed so easy job) and there’s a possible crack in the starboard exhaust which if confirmed would need welding.
Feel free to contact me for more details.
