Description
First registered in 2003 with a Rotax 912 UL engine @970 hrs and a Woodcomp 3 blade propeller.
At 900hrs the gearbox was overhauled and all fuel hoses changed – the engine has been run on UL91 exclusively since. Lighter carb springs fitted (much safer). All Service Bulletins up-to-date and the Permit expires in May 2027.
W&B done in October 2021, empty weight is 272kg, MAUW is 480kg. Originally registered as a microlight so could be re-registered if you wish (I assume).
Standard analogue instruments fitted with a Trig TY91 radio (8.33 compliant) and Trig TT21 Mode S Transponder. A 12v socket , three RAM fittings and two USB fitted to the panel.
A sunshade is fitted to keep you cool on those sunny days.
The Eurostar is a well known aircraft that flies beautifully, is economical to run (around 13L per hr) and cruises at 80mph at around 4000rpm
