Description
For sale is a Jabiru UL-450 advertised on behalf of its owner.
Originally bought with the idea of selling shares to cover operating cost however the owner has now lost interest and come to the realisation that this isn’t the right aircraft for him.

All paperwork and log books are present and up to date.
Annual inspection was carried out in May 26 where all maintenance work and inspections were carried out.
New oil and filters
New spark plugs
Compression test all cylinders ok
Valve clearances checked and set
Flywheel bolts torque checked
Cylinder head bolts torque checked
Etc Etc
During the inspection a number of defects were found hense the aircraft not currently having a permit and the owner losing interest these are as follows:
Propeller hub has been badly crushed due to over tightening and has water ingress will require a new propeller.
The prop mount flange has corrosion and will require replacing.
There is evidence of some delamination on top of both sides of the horizontal stabiliser.
The brake discs and callipers have some surface corrosion and look like they are in need of a good clean up however they function fine.
Tyres are showing signs of cracking in the side wall and perishing all three would need replacing.
Once the above defects are corrected there will be no issues getting a permit.
The aircraft is in generally ok condition apart from the above mentioned defects, for somebody who knows what they are doing this aircraft is likely a bargain once they put the defects right.
The propeller has been put back on the aircraft so any potential buyer can see it running on the ground.
The aircraft is sold as seen and must be taken away on a trailer it cannot be flown away in its current state.
