Hello all,
Very sadly, I’m having to put my 1/8th share in G-CBLY for sale due to buying a share in an RV6 closer to home. An excellent Grob 109b, well run by a friendly/helpful group of people and maintained yearly by Airborne Composites at Wing Farm.
G-CBLY (Cobbly) has been based at Compton Abbas airfield for numerous years now. A fabulous day out for pilots and non pilots. A range of aircraft types flying in and out, great clubhouse and restaurant plus national trust walks within 1/2 a mile. You can’t find anywhere better on a summers day. Cobbly is based outdoors with thick all weather covers for maximum protection. We also have lightweight summer covers and landaway covers/tiedowns. Aircraft availability is very good including option of overnight stays.

A very safe, economically friendly aircraft to fly burning just 14L per hour in the cruise with a range of 5 hours!
