Description
Rans S6-ES. Built 2002, 520hrs engine & frame, 582 oil injected Electric start, Warpdrive prop? New permit ends August 2013. In excellent condition. Engine Serviced every 50 hrs. Full service history with photos., the engine has given me no problems & Starts first time, gearbox just serviced, stripped down & tested, negligible ware found.
Wings re-skinned 140 hrs ago so plenty of life left in them. Betts tested Ok at last permit. Original skins on fuselage in good condition.
New tyres just fitted.
Usual instruments,
Twin wing tanks with selector valve,
Mechanical trim fitted, not bungee type. Flies hands free.
Heater, yes one of the few Rans with a heater.
3 stage flaps,
Build and operators manuals,
Additional noise certificate to enable a 3-blade powerfin prop to be fitted in desired.
Lynx intercom,
Wired for Icon radio,
Pilot A3 gps
12volt socket for sat?nav.
Keep in dry hanger at Chatteris.
possible to wing fold,although I have never needed to do this.
