Summary
The Ellipse Spirit is a UK Type Approved BMAA 600kg microlight, blending Spitfire-inspired beauty with modern carbon fibre construction. Our UK G-registered demonstrator is ready. Standard spec includes Rotax 912 ULS, E-prop, 120L fuel, Beringer brakes, electric trims/flaps, dual side-sticks, cockpit heating, and GRS parachute. A VFR-ready machine with options from heated seats to glass cockpits and future 916iS/retractable gear.

We now have full UK Type Approval as a BMAA 600kg microlight.
The Ellipse is a beautiful, carbon fibre elliptical winged aircraft inspired by the legendary spitfire and built with love and care in the Czech Republic.
Our demonstrator is here and on the UK G-Register!
A ready to fly aircraft with the following specification is priced at 157,158 Euros plus VAT:
Rotax 912 ULS
E-Prop fixed pitch propeller
120 liters (2x60 l) integral wing fuel tanks, drain valve and L&R wing refueling points
Adjustable seats (alcantara), side pockets, 4-point seat belts

This is the entry level specification and all you would need for a VFR machine. Other options are available from heated seats & autopilot to a hydraulic variable pitch propeller with governer. The 912iS is also an option. (the 916iS will be following on in 2026 with a retractable gear option) Full Garmin, Dynon or Kanardia single or twin screen glass panels are also an option.
