Description

The "Modified" in the above description refers to the modification to upgrade the wing struts and replace the Ailerons and flaps, which permits an MTOW upgrade and a max speed with flaps extended of 80 mph. With the upgrade & the Rotax 582 Blue top, the MTOW is now 450Kg.
The Rotax 582 has carb heaters fitted.
Weight & Balance check performed after the upgrade mod & engine replacement? This also permits each seat to have a maximum weight of 100Kg.
New skins have only 186 hrs, and the aircraft has always been stored in a hangar.
Currently hangared at Atheys Moor Airfield, Northumberland, and this hangarage is available if required on purchase.
The skins have all been treated with Nikwax, and the insides have been treated with Wet & Forget.
The airframe was inspected prior to the skin replacement, and any problems were repaired.

Yaesu FTA - 450L radio (virtually Brand new), complete with an externally mounted aerial, 230V desk top charger, 12v mobile charger, 2 off GA headsets, noise cancelling interface (virtually Brand new) and additional portable use aerial. There are 2 independent PTT switches mounted on the control columns (to allow P1 to fly from Port or Starboard seats)
The usual selection of instruments is fitted (as can be seen in the photographs), and a separate Air speed indicator has been added for the starboard P1 position, with all other gauges still visible. Pilot aware Rosetta installed in the instrument panel and antennae mounted on the upper canopy.
38 L aluminium Fuel Tank located behind the pilot's seats, complete with sight gauge & float ball.
Regular maintenance on the engine & airframe in accordance with the registered service plan.
Permit expires July 2026.
