Looking to setup a syndicate with either a 1/2 share or 1/3 share in Skyranger Swift 80hp 912UL built in 2018 based at Enstone.

Any inspection is welcome. Takes an IPad, just forgot to leave it in when I took pictures.
I have a copy of a syndicate agreement, and the monthly fees would be for a 1/2 share around £142/m for hangarage and insurance plus an hourly rate to be discussed. Depends upon insurance quote and how many hours you have. For a third share it would be around £95/m.
I've owned the aircraft since 2024 and I retired in 2025 and am just not getting the use out of it to justify sole ownership.
As an engineer I'm happy to look after the technical side, but I do like to share the workload.
